Curry Poutine

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

Onion 200 g/7oz
Water 720 ml
Vegetable oil 1Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
French fries Desired amount
Cheese Desired amount

 

Directions

  1. Thoroughly stir-fry the onion in oil. (Approx. 5 min. over medium heat)
  2. Add water, then turn down to low heat once it comes to a boil. Simmer with a lid on the pot while keeping the lid partially open until onion becomes tender. (Approx. 15 min. after mixture comes to a boil) 
  3. Turn off the heat and break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces, then stir them in until they are melted. Turn heat back on and continue to simmer. (Approx. 5 min.)
  4. Deep-fry the French fries (frozen).
  5. Add the curry from ③ to ④, top with cheese, slightly sear, then serve.
